Simon Cowell has said that he would like to sign Pippa Middleton to his media empire. The X Factor mogul admitted he was impressed with Middleton's new-found popularity and claimed that she had the potential to be a star, should she pursue such a path. Speaking to a US magazine, the media mogul said: "I haven't heard her sing, but if she walked in and said, 'I want to be a TV star', I would sign her on the spot."
