I flew from Pittsburgh to Atlanta this past weekend to visit some friends on Saturday and then to go on a fun blogger trip with some of my blog girlfriends (we're still on the trip, so be sure to follow along on Instagram and Snapchat: SummerWind41490)! Pittsburgh to Atlanta is a quick and easy flight-- It's all of an hour(ish) direct.
Typically, I dress more casually on flights because my main concern is comfort. I always like to pack an outfit in my carry-on to change into once I've landed. However, when it's a quick and easy flight, I wear something cute that works for whatever I am doing when I land!
This is what I wore on Saturday morning. These jeans are featured often here on Summer Wind. They're a tried and true favorite and feel like leggings. I also carried my coat with me because I couldn't fit it into my suitcase (#overpackerproblems).
I got this coat during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale this summer and am so glad to finally be able to wear it. A navy pea coat is such a classic piece. I used to have one, but between high school and college, it was misplaced and I've been wanting one ever since!
This leather weekender is my tried and true bag for traveling. I've had it for a while now and not only is it the perfect carry-on and a great weekender, but it makes me feel so chic when I carry it. It's gorgeously made and very high-quality. I think it would make an extra special gift for a guy or gal for the holidays. I also love that the monogram is so subtle.
