Back in 2018 he last released his "UnShaken" single! The song was lifted from the Red Dead Redemption 2 action-adventure video game soundtrack album (developed by Rockstar Games 2018).
D'Angelo also performed Prince's classic single "Princess: Sometimes It Snows in April" single on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon! D'Angelo previously released his highly-anticipated and long-overdue new studio album titled Black Messiah! The new album is released under D'Angelo And The Vanguard and comes after a 14 year hiatus from music!! The projects album listening session will take place in New York City this weekend and then officially be released back in December 2014! Surprisingly but accurate - D'Angelo has only 2 prior studio albums in his entire musical career Brown Sugar (2005) and Voodoo (2000) but has performed five major live tours around the world! and will reportedly launch his The Second Coming Tour in 2015!
