I'm sorry I still didn't post my Valentine mani update (in the sun) but I fell ill again and didn't do anything this weekend. I haven't transfered the pics from the camera yet ...
But today I'm getting well, so I'll show you some pics of a polish I adore :)
A force de voir des swatches de la collection Suede d'OPI, j'ai été intriguée par cette texture que je ne connaissais pas. J'ai craqué sur We'll Always Have Paris et sa jolie couleur !
While seeing a lot of swatches from the OPI Suede collection, I was curious about that kind of texture I never saw before. I fell in love with We'll Always Have Paris and its beautiful color.
C'est donc un mauve mat parsemé de reflets argentés, avec un fini typique aux Suede. L'application est bonne, mais il y a pas mal de marques du pinceau à la première couche, donc deux sont nécessaires. A la pose, il est brillant, et l'effet Suede arrive au sèchage. Et comme il sèche très vite, vous pouvez voir la transformation à l'oeil nu ! Surprenant ^^
La tenue quant à elle, est de courte durée. Les premiers éclats sont visibles après un jour ou deux, mais OPI a l'honnêteté de prévenir de ce défaut (venant de la finition Suede) sur l'étiquette du vernis. On peut aussi le transformer avec un top coat mais je n'ai pas encore essayé ^^
WAHP is a matte purple with silver reflects and a typical finish from the Suede Collection. Application is good, but you'll see some brush strokes with one coat, so two coats are needed. When you put it on nails, it's shiny. The Suede finish arrives when it dries, and as it dries really fast you can see the changes on your nails ! Stunning ^^
The held is bad. The first chips appear within one or two days, but OPI is honest and give notice of this imperfection on the label of the bottle. You can also give it another look with a top coat, but I haven't try yet ^^
En résumé, j'adore ce vernis, son fini est superbe, et ça me donne envie de tester le reste de la gamme (même You Don't Know Jacques, que je n'aimais pas xD )
Qu'en pensez-vous ? Vous avez des Suede ou planifiez d'en acheter ?
In short, I really love this polish, it's finish is superbe and it male me wanna try the rest of the collection (even You Don't Know Jacques, which I didn't like a lot before)
